Microsoft has long been the tech company associated with BSOD (Blue Screen of Death) when your computer fatally errors out or runs into a software/hardware issue.  So perhaps they got bored, as the latest Xbox One update has been reportedly causing console owners to experience a black screen following the update.  The update was released on Friday, Microsoft is aware of it and some users have powered down the console by holding down the power button or just unplugging it (sound familiar?)
