If you work in the technology field you are already aware that women are not that common in this field.  Google announced that it will pay for coding lessons for women.  The tech giant will pay for 3 months of classes at The Code School.  This is shining a flashlight on the common issue of the lack of women in the IT field, so kudos to Google.
